A STONE HOME .COM has been able to create a very effective way to get these great homes in front of a tremendous number of interested and qualified buyers.

We have over 950 families in our community that want to talk specifically about stone homes. We showcase properties to them every month.

From time to time we include properties that that are listed with other agents.

When that happens – a web site is built just like all the other listings, the home featured in our monthly news letter and the home will remain on the site until we are told it is sold. Just like all listings – after the sale we reserve the right to use the photos (only photos, no sale information) from time to time for promotional purposes.

Once the FEE is paid and the photos, listing and other marketing materials have been received a web site similar to the other homes on the site.

All Generated Leads sent to listing agent.

It’s critial that the status of the listing be kept current so please make sure we are aware of any changes to price, or if offers are in place.

    Please send photos (as many as you want) in as BIG a form as possible. I will use as many as I can reasonalbly and often resize or crop.

    Terms Of Service

    - Photos submitted MAY be used in future promotional materials (print and / or digital). Such materials may include asking price but WILL NOT include sale price or property address without specific permissions.

    - The site will be configured to directly forward all contact form requests to the listing agent for follow up.
